1 General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between the Banglasalt platform and its users. Banglasalt is an online gaming platform operating under an international license, designed specifically for players in Bangladesh.

These Terms were last updated in January 2026. Banglasalt reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Account Register

A personal account is required to play games on Banglasalt. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Accounts created with false information may be closed at any time.

Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, bank account, or ID is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this rule will result in the forfeiture of all associated account balances.

• You must provide your full name, address, and date of birth accurately at the time of registration.
• Email and mobile number verification is mandatory.
• Your password must be at least 8 characters long and must not be shared with anyone.
• The user is solely responsible for the security of their account.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed within 30 days of registration.

3 Age & Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old to participate on Banglasalt. We are fully committed to protecting minors from accessing gaming. Government-issued identification may be requested at any time to verify age.

Providing a false age at registration is a serious offence. If proven, the account will be terminated and deposited funds may not be refunded. Banglasalt does not support or condone gaming by minors under any circumstances.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

During withdrawal, your registered account details are matched against your payment method information. Any discrepancy may delay or suspend the withdrawal process. Withdrawals above a certain limit will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.

To prevent bonus abuse, Banglasalt reserves the right to cancel bonuses on any suspicious account. Multiple bonus claims from members of the same household, the same IP address, or the same device are not permitted.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they are only withdrawable after wagering requirements have been met.
• Wagering requirements are typically 10x–35x the bonus amount.
• Expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.

• Banglasalt reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

6 Gaming Rules

All games available on Banglasalt use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology in accordance with international standards. Every game outcome is entirely random with no predetermined patterns. Any disputes regarding game results will be resolved by reviewing the game logs.

If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, Banglasalt will attempt to refund the bet for that round. However, the platform is not liable for losses caused by network issues or device-related problems. The maximum bet per game session varies by game.

• The RTP (Return to Player) rate for all games is publicly disclosed.
• Intentionally disconnecting during a game may result in the bet for that round being forfeited.
• Colluding across two or more accounts is prohibited.
• Any form of tampering with game code or software is strictly prohibited.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Banglasalt platform and will result in immediate action if detected. Prohibited activities include:

• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games.
• Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses or other benefits.
• Attempting to access or hack another user's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threatening or harassing other players.
• Using a false identity or fraudulent documents.

8 Account Suspension & Termination

Banglasalt reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason. In most cases, however, users will be notified in advance and given the opportunity to provide an explanation.

Users may request to close their account voluntarily at any time. Any remaining balance should be withdrawn before the account is closed. An administrative fee may apply to inactive accounts.

• Accounts inactive for 12 months will be marked as "inactive".
• To reactivate an inactive account, please contact the support team.
• Account data is retained for a specified period after closure.
• Any valid balance in a voluntarily closed account will be refunded.

9 Limitation of Liability

Banglasalt is not liable for gaming outcomes, bet amounts, or any financial losses. Gaming inherently carries financial risk, and users are considered to have accepted that risk knowingly.

Banglasalt is not liable for losses caused by third-party software failures, internet disconnections, or user device issues. However, if a problem arises from a technical fault on the platform's own end, we will work to resolve it.

• The maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the transaction in question.
• Banglasalt is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
• Banglasalt is not liable for service disruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, or similar circumstances.
• Legal claims must be submitted within 30 days of the incident.

10 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute or complaint, please contact our customer support team first. Most issues are resolved within 24–48 hours. If the matter cannot be resolved through customer support, the formal complaints process will be followed.

Banglasalt offers dispute resolution through an independent third party. Every complaint is thoroughly reviewed before a decision is made. The final decision is binding on both parties.

• Complaints must be submitted in writing via email.
• Please attach relevant screenshots or evidence with your complaint.
• Formal complaints will receive a response within 7 business days.
• In the event of a dispute, game logs will be treated as the definitive evidence.

11 Changes to Terms

Banglasalt reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified in advance via email or platform notification.

Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you object to the new terms, please request to close your account.
